Shri Govinda Ghosh Disappearance 1606

Shri Govinda Ghosh (disappearance time is unknown) was born in a Kayastha family in the north Radhi clan. He was also known as Ghosa Thakura. He was the brother of the well-known Vaishnava poet Vasudeva Ghosh. He was known for his sweet Kirtans at the annual Jagannatha Ratha-Yatra festival.

According to Hindu lunar calendar Shri Govinda Ghosh was disappeared on Krishna Paksha, Dvadashi in Chaitra (Vishnu) lunar month. His Samadhi is in the 64 Samadhis area.
