Shri Sharanga Thakura (disappearance time is unknown), lived in Mamagacchi, Modadrumadwipa (Navadwipa). Staying under a Bakula tree, Sharanga Thakura worked hard every day to please his worshipable Deity. Single handedly, he would collect fruits, vegetables and firewood. He would also beg rice, cook, bathe, dress, and feed his Lord.
According to Hindu calendar Shri Sharanga Thakura was disappeared on Krishna Paksha Trayodashi in Margashirsha (Kesava) lunar month.
