No, we have listed Gandhi Jayanti correctly but according to Hindu calendar. It is puzzling to us why Mahatmaji Jayanti is not celebrated according to Hindu calendar. We do it for Swami Vivekanand and it would be more appropriate if we celebrate Gandhi Jayanti according to Hindu calendar.
According to Hindu calendar, followed in Gujarat, Mahatma Gandhi was born on Ekadashi, Bhadrapada, Krishna Paksha, Gujarati Vikram Samvat 1925.
