Devi Lakshmi as the Embodiment of Sri is thus Non-Moving in Her essential nature.)15.2: By Whose Golden Touch I will obtain (i.e. Sri will be manifested as) Abundant Cattle, Servants, Horses and Progeny. (Golden Touch represents the Fire of Tapas which manifests in us as the Energy of Effort by the grace of the Devi. Cattle, Horses etc are external manifestations of Sri following the effort.)
